We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a dynamic international FMCG business. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of corporate functions while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and key business stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple corporate functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, attract, and engage high-quality talent through a variety of channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Provide hiring managers with market insights and recruitment recommendations
Ensure recruitment activities are delivered efficiently and aligned with best practices
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For 1-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
Previous recruitment experience within an agency, in-house environment, or corporate/professional services setting
Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, consultative approach to recruitment
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Ability to work 2 days per week from our Bristol office
