Project Manager
Hybrid – Up to 20% travel
Role Summary
You will guide and manage the implementation of MSP & RPO projects, leading TAPFIN, VMS Partner & our client’s project management teams.
Provide implementation leadership and subject matter expertise across multi-country expansions deploying MSP & VMS such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, WorkDay VNDLY.
Making an Impact – Your Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities, Ways of Working
- Project managing the delivery using appropriate controls and methodology.
- Determining project timelines/plans, using appropriate tool (such as MS Project, Smartsheet Azure and ADO)
- Managing internal, partner and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Creating and maintaining project controls through project documentation
- Identifying and managing risks and issues employing any mitigation actions
Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
- Supporting intelligence gathering for client sessions, understanding all the relevant business and technical objectives and requirements to achieve a projects successful outcome.
- Documentation of any assessment, discovery sessions and process workshops
- Become an expert in the client workspace, being creative and innovative whilst demonstrating your consultative skills
- It is imperative that the individual is comfortable and capable of working remotely with global teams across multiple time zones.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in MSP is essential
- Experience of change management and stakeholder management at a senior level
- Ability to problem solve and solution complex business processes
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient in written and verbal English
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio.
- Experience in Smartsheet Azure and ADO is desirable
- Experience in the implementation of SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS technologies (Beeline, VNDLY, etc) is desirable.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba integrations
- Project Management experience, PRINCE2 or PMP certified
