About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Head of Construction to oversee the planning, scheduling, building, and installation of high-value projects across the South. Reporting to the Regional Head of Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality construction projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialist construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and remedial actions. Oversee all administrative tasks such as work orders, permits, build packs, and traffic management. Manage the regional construction budget and project-specific expenditure. Ensure compliance with Construction Design Management (CDM 2015) regulations, Health and Safety policies, and Traffic Management requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. About You Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and Traffic Management requirements. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Membership in a relevant professional institution (e.g., CIOB, APM) is desirable. Proficiency in project management software and tools. What’s on Offer?
