Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking individual to join our People and Culture team to manage our data and processes. You will be responsible for the high-quality delivery of HR Services, Systems and Processes through a centralised team of HR Assistants, focusing on optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and data management. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about data, processes and emerging technologies to continuously improve our services and provide an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Process management: Establish standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures, approvals, reporting and regulations to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to improve user experience.
  • System and Data Management: Oversee the daily operation of the HR Information System (HRIS). Ensure data integrity, security and accuracy within the system, developing reporting capabilities and dashboards as needed. Develop and execute project plans for HRIS/other technology upgrades and enhancements.
  • Service Delivery Management: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR Services including offer management and employee administration. Monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators to ensure high service standards are maintained. Collaborate with other People and Culture teams, payroll and other internal stakeholders. Act as primary escalation point for employee administration queries and issues, ensuring a positive employee experience through effective resolution and communication. Undertake root cause analysis for improvement/development.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Oversee the daily operations of the HR Services Team. Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR Coordinators to optimise their performance. Develop and deliver training programmes for new team members.
  • HR Projects: Participate in Global/Regional P&C projects related to HR data and processes. Manage ad hoc projects related to HR data, systems, processes or applications.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent understanding of data management and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive process improvement.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems and/or technology platforms.
  • User experience focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Good communicator with ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Experience of working in an HR services or recruitment process environment is desirable.
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills.
