The Role
As the Executive Assistant / Founder’s Associate, you'll be a trusted partner to the leadership team, enabling them to focus on top-level priorities by providing operational, administrative, and strategic support. From managing investor communications and board materials to supporting internal initiatives and customer relationships, you’ll play a central role in helping the business scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor & Stakeholder Support: Manage a Virtual Data Room, coordinate grant applications, prepare shareholder meeting materials, and help drive fundraising and investor engagement.
- Executive Support: Oversee diary management, scheduling, and travel logistics. Draft communications, prepare agendas, take high-quality meeting minutes, and follow up on key actions.
- Strategic Project Involvement: Collaborate across departments on key initiatives, support budgeting and reporting, and conduct market research to inform business decisions.
- Operational Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, support CRM management, and assist with events and company-wide communications.
