What You'll Do
- Rapid response to breakdowns on high-speed production lines
- Planned preventative maintenance using CMMS systems
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels
- Supporting improvement projects and driving reliability
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
Specialist Roles
We are also looking for individuals who will focus on the processing side of the business, with a slight emphasis on instrumentation and automation. Same shift pattern, same core requirements—just an extra layer of technical challenge for those who love working with sensors, control systems, and process automation.
What We're Looking For
- Electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or above, ONC/HNC preferred)
- Experience in FMCG, food, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong electrical fault-finding and root cause analysis skills
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP PM or similar)
- A proactive, safety-first mindset and great teamwork skills
