Training and Quality Lead

Team Leader Bristol or Edinburgh Competitive Salary & Market-Leading Bonus Scheme Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support the Client Director and Client Operations. You will oversee team members who manage the processes and procedures for delivering our workforce solutions, driving high performance to achieve all objectives, KPIs, and SLAs. Working closely with hiring managers in the financial sector, you will help build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline. Overseeing the day-to-day framework and compliance of workforce solution processes, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to customer and supplier SLAs. Supporting the leadership team by providing and collating performance metrics and data for client reviews. Mentoring and providing development and training opportunities for less experienced colleagues. Fostering a motivated and collaborative team environment, leading by example. Managing requisitions and talent pipelines to ensure consistent recruitment flow. Managing strategic projects to achieve business critical success. Accountable for meeting short-term targets and proactively monitoring and managing costs related to personal and team performance. Responsible for performance management, training, and resource planning. Accountable for achieving short and medium-term goals, planning, and adjusting work to meet team objectives. Resolves complex issues using past experience and standard operating processes, applying evaluation and judgment to positively impact long-term outcomes. Several years of financial services experience in a process-driven environment, with in-depth knowledge within the relevant business stream. Excellent people skills, with the ability to lead and support less experienced colleagues. A background in financial services is essential. Hybrid working, two days works in our high spec offices.
