M&A Analyst
Location: King’s Cross, London (Hybrid – 3+ days/week in office)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior-level M&A Analyst to join a high-performing Corporate Development team based in London. This is a chance to gain exposure to live transactions and contribute to the strategic growth of a fast-paced, acquisitive business operating across Europe.

The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of M&A and Corporate Development and working closely with senior M&A professionals, you’ll be involved across the entire M&A lifecycle:
- Conducting market reviews and identifying acquisition targets
- Supporting deal pipeline tracking, due diligence processes, and company analysis
- Preparing presentations for senior leadership on acquisition opportunities
- Assisting with valuation modelling, negotiation prep, and transaction documentation
- Supporting integration planning and post-deal analysis
You’ll initially focus on internal processes and coordination, with a clear progression path to take on greater deal support and ownership within 6–12 months.
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their finance career who is looking to transition into a full-time M&A position. We’re particularly interested in individuals who are:
- Currently studying for their ACA qualification or recently qualified
- Working in audit, FP&A, treasury, or corporate finance with exposure to company accounts
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
- Motivated self-starters with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in another European language (e.g. German or French) is desirable but not essential.
