About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a multiple dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing sites. You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor on all HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, training, compliance, RTW checks, contracts, and documentation.
- Champion a high-performance culture by supporting employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.
- Support on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
- Mobility – will be hybrid but will need to travel to sites occasionally from Manchester to London
About You
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing, logistics, FMCG background, preferably in food and is looking to take leadership in a senior management role within a fast-paced business.
Key Skills/Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Background in food manufacturing, food logistics, or food retail is highly desirable.
- Fast-Paced Environments: Proven experience in high-volume, mass-production or similar manufacturing settings.
- Employee Relations: Strong track record of managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Compliance & Best Practice: Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- CIPD Level 5 / 7 is advantageous
- Full Drivers License is essential
