About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee a busy production area within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves leading multiple production lines, including processing and packaging operations, while ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. You will manage a team of Key Operatives and oversee a larger operational workforce, driving performance and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
