We're looking for an experienced Process Engineer with a strong print background to join our team at one of the UK's most advanced packaging facilities. This isn't a trainee role, it's for someone who knows the print process inside out and is ready to take ownership of quality, efficiency, and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Investigating and resolving print defects to maintain world-class standards
  • Collaborating with customers on print-related queries and technical support
  • Supporting the print team across all stages: big press operations, make-ready, production efficiency, and quality control
  • Managing colour processes, including fixed colour systems and process colour sets
  • Driving improvements in efficiency and quality standards across the site

You’ll work with major global brands, so experience in flexographic printing and colour management is highly desirable.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in print processes (flexographic preferred)
  • Experience in colour management and quality control
  • Previous experience in packaging, rigid plastics, corrugated board, or board printing is a plus
  • Ability to work closely with operators and customers
