Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a passion for organisation, accuracy, and efficiency? We\’re looking for a Warehouse Co-ordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operations and help drive our inventory and logistics processes to the next level.
This is a hands-on, proactive role in which you\’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth and safe operation across all areas of the warehouse – from goods in, storage, and picking to dispatch and stock control. ?? Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming goods for accuracy, damage, and compliance with order specifications.
- Book in stock using Orderwise ERP system and ensure timely stock movement to relevant departments.
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate packaging, documentation, and labelling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment within Building D3.
- Perform regular cycle counts and submit monthly stock reports to the Finance Director.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality control to support smooth material flow.
- Supervise and delegate tasks effectively, including cover planning during absences.
- Ensure all items, including hazardous materials, are stored and handled correctly.
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallets.
? What We\’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally with formal qualifications.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Orderwise).
- Valid forklift operator licence.
Skills:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
