Role: VAR Coordinator – CDR Team
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday plus one Saturday per month
- Early Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Late Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking three proactive and highly organised VAR Coordinators to join our dynamic CDR team at our site in Corby. This fast-paced role involves managing Vehicle At Risk (VAR) cases to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
You will work staggered shifts covering 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, supporting our phone line and operational activities. Your focus will be on coordinating vehicle repairs, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining clear communication with customers to prevent delays and resolve any issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
VAR Case Management
- Monitor and manage Open Box cases efficiently
- Liaise with third-party partners to ensure timely progress
- Follow up on G2Gs and aborted deliveries
- Maintain accurate trackers (Evo, Zendesk, workshop spreadsheets)
- Provide daily progress updates and communicate proactively with customers
- Participate in daily VAR meetings to report case statuses and highlight risks
Warranty & Aftersales Coordination
- Manage warranty collections and returns, confirming fault reports and eligibility
- Schedule drivers and prepare job cards for repairs
- Inspect vehicles post-repair and coordinate their return
- Compile and submit detailed repair reports
- Keep internal systems and documentation up to date
Customer Support & Inbound Delivery Line
- Handle inbound calls related to vehicle deliveries and queries
- Assist with repair order (RO) enquiries and vehicle transfer requests
- Deliver professional and clear communication to customers at all times

- Proficiency in Excel and experience with internal tracking systems
