Location: Swindon

Pay Rate: Β£13.28 per hour

Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly shifts (Early: 07:00‑15:00 | Late: 15:00‑23:00)

We are looking for general operators to join our production team in Swindon. You will support pharmaceutical manufacturing by following procedures, maintaining a clean working environment, and ensuring product quality and accuracy of documentation. You will work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities

  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and gowning.
  • Support material handling and transfer within cleanroom areas.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to cGMP standards.
  • Operate machinery such as part washers and autoclaves.
  • Assist with packaging, labelling, and product weight checks.
  • Record all work accurately and report any issues to your team leader.
  • Maintain correct stock levels and expiry checks.
  • Perform environmental monitoring once fully trained.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or laboratory work.
  • Experience in a cGMP or cleanroom environment is a plus.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Team player with a focus on safety and quality.

Work Environment

  • Onsite role in a cleanroom facility.
  • Full PPE provided (coveralls, head cover, gloves, safety boots).
  • Training provided during induction period.
