Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly shifts (Early: 07:00β15:00 | Late: 15:00β23:00)
We are looking for general operators to join our production team in Swindon. You will support pharmaceutical manufacturing by following procedures, maintaining a clean working environment, and ensuring product quality and accuracy of documentation. You will work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
Main Responsibilities
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and gowning.
- Support material handling and transfer within cleanroom areas.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to cGMP standards.
- Operate machinery such as part washers and autoclaves.
- Assist with packaging, labelling, and product weight checks.
- Record all work accurately and report any issues to your team leader.
- Maintain correct stock levels and expiry checks.
- Perform environmental monitoring once fully trained.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or laboratory work.
- Experience in a cGMP or cleanroom environment is a plus.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Team player with a focus on safety and quality.

- Onsite role in a cleanroom facility.
- Full PPE provided (coveralls, head cover, gloves, safety boots).
