Class 2 Driver - 18 Tonne Beavertail Flatbed
Manpower are recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to operate an 18-tonne beavertail flatbed, delivering plant, machinery, and equipment to sites across the North East.
The Role:
- Based in Southwick, Sunderland
- Delivering and collecting plant and equipment from various customer sites across the North East
- Loading, unloading, and securing loads safely
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Providing a professional and reliable service to customers
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous flatbed, plant, or equipment transport experience preferred
- Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations
- HIAB licence would be advantageous but is not essential
