Structural Engineer

Job Introduction

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the workload and take a leading role in the day-to-day operation of the engineering team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
• Produce high-quality design solutions that are fully compliant with all current regulations and best practices.
• Design complex structural schemes and check moderately complex designs, ensuring they meet industry standards.
• Provide supervision, training, and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Act as a key point of contact and technical support for clients and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is essential; a Master's degree would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on designing and delivering complex projects.
• Chartered Engineer status with a relevant professional body.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software for structural analysis and design.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, combined with effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• You should be enthusiastic, engaging, and a team player, contributing positively to our collaborative environment.
