An ambitious new EV charging business is scaling up across the UK — and we’re looking for two experienced professionals to lead the charge on national site acquisition. Backed by fresh investment and driven by a mission to build a smart, accessible rapid DC charging network away from the motorway grid, this company is remote-first, fast-moving, and focused on impact.

About the Roles We’re hiring for:

  • Site Acquisition Manager
  • Location Development Manager / Site Development Manager

These are autonomous, field-based roles for professionals who know how to identify, assess, and secure high-quality EV charger sites — balancing commercial, technical, and logistical considerations throughout the entire site lifecycle. You’ll operate with freedom and ownership, engaging directly with landowners, developers, and stakeholders to build a national portfolio of charging locations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively identifying and qualifying new EV charger site opportunities
  • Conducting on-site feasibility assessments and commercial reviews
  • Interpreting and acting on location and usage data to support decision-making
  • Liaising with landowners, developers, local authorities, and partners
  • Guiding sites through to internal approval and rollout readiness
  • Supporting external contractors and delivery teams in rollout planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong EV charging, infrastructure, or site acquisition experience
  • Background in site sourcing and stakeholder engagement
  • Able to work independently in a remote, field-based role (2–3 days/week travel)
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision-making
  • Confident managing relationships with external parties
  • Suited to a start-up environment: proactive, agile, and entrepreneurial

What’s on Offer:

  • £60,000 base salary
  • Equity via EMI scheme
  • Car allowance or company car
  • Bonus/profit share linked to performance
  • Flexible, remote-first working environment
  • A chance to shape the rollout of a nationwide EV charging network

About the Company:

This business is at an exciting inflection point — recently funded and rapidly scaling to meet growing EV demand. With an experienced leadership team and a national rollout underway, this is a rare opportunity to join early and have real impact on the growth of clean transport infrastructure.

Ready to Drive Change? Interviews are being scheduled now, with a fast turnaround expected. If you're passionate about the EV space and ready to lead site development with autonomy, apply today.
