Manpower is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client based in Barnsley, who are one of the UK's largest and most respected independent accident repair groups in the region.
The package:
- Full time Perm position
- Monday to Friday (This is a fully office-based role)
- Location: S75 Barnsley
- Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours a week)
- Salary on offer: £25,800 per annum
- Bonus opportunities

About the Role:
Our client is looking to recruit for a Customer Service Centre Advisor on a full-time perm basis. This is a customer-focused position where you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional and positive experience for customers over the telephone.
Responsibilities:
- This is a telephony-based position responsible for handling incoming customer claims.
- You will contact customers to discuss their claims and guide them through the repair process.
- Acting as the first point of contact, you will answer incoming calls and liaise with both customers and service providers.
- You will provide regular updates, resolve queries, and carry out additional ad hoc administrative duties as required.
