About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager for a 3-month contract position. The successful candidate will lead and enhance quality processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality strategies to meet business and customer requirements.
2. Lead and manage quality assurance and control activities across production and operations.
3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
4. Oversee internal and external audits, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
5. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
7. Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
8. Analyse quality data and produce reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.

Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience in a senior quality management role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
2. Strong understanding of quality systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams.
5. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
