As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to become an expert in global talent trends and employment markets, taking this knowledge to bring new business to the cross-border team across a range of new and existing clients. The role is to develop relationships with new clients; win and deliver new business across both staffing and IT Project Services sectors, and to promote the Cross-Border Solution across the wider marketplace., * Work with management and the wider team to develop the sales strategy and grow our GP value across new clients

  • Build a sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through to client conversion

  • Develop and implement new client pursuit plans (‘client first’), leveraging market intelligence to deliver immediate returns and long-term profitable relationships

  • Work with the team to develop bespoke client specific solutions to create a differentiated value proposition

  • Work across both Staffing and IT Services sectors to drive the cross-border solution’s growth in high value markets

  • Ensure all sales activity and pipeline is tracked, qualified, and signed off in accordance with internal procedures
