Responsibilities
- Execute the Solventum Medical Surgical Solutions value proposition for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both acute and community healthcare settings.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision makers, including clinicians, procurement teams, department leaders, and technical staff.
- Drive pre-tender market consultation, support tender processes, and facilitate the introduction of new products.
- Support and implement value-based pricing strategies to ensure profitable growth.
- Create comprehensive value propositions that encompass hardware, products, and service offerings to optimise customer solutions.
- Develop and execute detailed business plans to prioritise account calls, activities, market penetration, and product utilisation.
- Manage key accounts effectively, leveraging professional customer relationship management processes.
- Support clinical and industry sales efforts, particularly with consultants experienced in NPWT and wound care.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including driving a company vehicle, with ongoing review of motor vehicle history.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Life Sciences, Business, Nursing, or a related clinical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven clinical or industry sales experience specialising in Negative Pressure Wound Therapy solutions/products.
- Experience managing key accounts and opportunities through professional CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Current, valid UK driver's licence, with the ability to travel across designated territories.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, with a track record of engaging with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
- Knowledge of acute and community wound care environments, with NPWT experience highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
