Working hours: 40 hours a week - Monday - Friday, 07:30-16:00 About the role
We are seeking a motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in March. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all designated areas meet high contract standards through effective hands-on horticultural practices and management. n · Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
· Monitor productivity and work quality, providing guidance and support where required.
· Carry out site inspections and safety checks.
· Liaise with management, customers and stakeholders regarding operational requirements.
· Support training and development of team members.
· Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Essential Requirements:
· Full UK Driving Licence.
· Experience within grounds maintenance, horticulture, landscaping, environmental services or a similar operational environment.
