Key Responsibilities: Work as a key contributor within the Senior Leadership team. Work effectively with other businesses within the Manpower Group. Dotted line engagement to OnSite Europe team, ensuring that all relevant communications are owned and cascaded to the team where necessary Inspire a growth behaviour and culture Structure Account and Delivery teams to ensure high productivity and growth Both personally and via team, build and maintain exceptional, long-standing client relationships that leverage ongoing business opportunities. Escalation point and executive relationship holder Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and cultivate new business relationships Drive associate engagement programmes to drive a culture of career development and associate retention Manage P+L to ensure profitability levels are upheld Drive adoption of technology to ensure efficiency, candidate experience and productivity is maximised Inspire team and create high performing culture through communication of strategy/vision, results and accountabilities Set team performance targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies to ensure the team meets or exceeds our business objectives Collaboration with sales team on business development strategy supporting with proposals and presenting present service offerings Work with key departments across the business to ensure the correct governance is in place and adhered to Work with key stakeholders across the Group’s businesses to maximise return within the Group Practice what you preach, be transparent and honest and define a strong, ethical culture Critical experience: Experience within the recruitment industry Track record of inspiring teams and creating a high performing culture Strong communicator and able to flex style to different stakeholders / sales scenarios Evidence of understanding of the measures that drive performance in a recruitment business Operationally Competent and Financially Astute Able to evidence a track record of success in growing revenues organically and through partnership with Sales and Marketing Client engagement, experienced in client presentations, specifically from a value or data / analytics perspective Ability to work successfully with multiple stakeholders and collaborate strongly with leadership team Other Relevant Information: This position will report to the Manpower Brand Leader The position will be UK based with flexibility required for national travel expected from a key leadership role Our Standards Clarity: Takes time to understand and share our organisation’s vision and strategy with others, holds themselves and others accountable to deliver on our common goals, mindfully gives honest and regular feedback and openly receives it so we can all learn and deliver our best.
