Location: Birmingham, B40 1AB | £13.00 per hour | Shifts: 05:30-14:00 or 14:00-22:30

Manpower is looking for a proactive and organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role supporting the recruitment process and ensuring smooth daily operations, with flexibility to work early or late shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete on-boarding and pre-employment checks to a professional standard.
Monitor attendance, track absences, and arrange backfills or shift cover.
Maintain accurate staff, holiday, and compliance records.
Support payroll processing and produce headcount/operational reports.
Handle day-to-day queries from temporary workers and site managers.
What We Offer:
£13.00 per hour.
22 days annual leave (accrued) plus public holidays.
Flexible working hours to suit early or late shifts.
