Class 2 Driver West Thurrock | £39,000 | Full-Time | Permanent We are looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join a growing and reputable logistics business based in West Thurrock. This varied role will involve a mix of multi-drop deliveries, trunk runs to Felixstowe, and project-based deliveries to hotels across London and the M25 corridor. Typically, you'll complete 4-5 deliveries per day, operating a Category C vehicle up to 18 tonnes while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Complete multi-drop and trunking deliveries safely and efficiently. Deliver to locations across London, including UB8, UB3 and NW10. Secure loads using ratchet straps and load restraint equipment. Assist with loading and unloading where required. Carry out hotel project deliveries, including collection and return of equipment. Wait on-site during hotel project work while goods are unloaded or utilised. Complete vehicle checks and delivery paperwork accurately. Requirements Valid UK Class 1 (Category C) Licence. Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Previous experience as a Class 1 Driver, HGV Driver, or Delivery Driver. Experience securing and strapping loads. Good knowledge of London and M25 routes. Reliable, professional and a strong team player. Comfortable managing a variety of delivery types and routes. Hours
