Role: CNC Turner - Setter/Operator Location: Bristol Term: 6 months (extension or permanent available) Working hours: 6am - 2pm/2pm - 10pm (early finish on Fridays) A leading precision engineering and advanced manufacturing business is looking for an experienced CNC Turner - Setter/Operator to join its manufacturing team in Bristol. You will set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC turning machines , producing high-precision components to engineering drawings, specifications and tight tolerances. Set and operate CNC turning machines. Set tooling, workholding, soft jaws, datums and offsets. Troubleshoot tooling, programme and machine issues. Complete production and quality documentation. Support continuous improvement, quality and safety standards. Proven experience as a CNC Turner / Setter-Operator . Confident setting CNC turning machines from drawings. Able to consistently produce quality components to specification.
