Manpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become a Security Vetting Analyst, working with our client, Capgemini
In this role, you will be responsible for processing personnel security background checks on staff working for the organisation.
What you'll do
- Conduct security vetting and clearance processes for employees and contractors
- Manage ongoing security clearance reviews for existing employees and contractors
- Analyse security clearance investigation reports, making recommendations to management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date security clearance records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure compliance with security clearance policies and procedures
- Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to security vetting and clearance processes
What you'll bring
- The successful candidate will be required to undertake UK Government National Security Vetting at SC level. Police vetting at a minimum of NPPV2/CTC would be desirable.
- Experience in administrative or process-based work, with the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently. Training will be provided to develop role-specific knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information and make informed decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. Support and guidance will be provided on relevant policies and procedures.
- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to deliver a consistent and high-quality service to a range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build effective working relationships across different teams.
