Job Title: Manufacturing Support Operator (MSO)
Location: Ashington, Northumberland
Shift Pattern: Annualised 12-hour shifts (including bank holidays and weekends)
Pay: Β£13.43 per hour + Β£169.42 weekly shift allowance
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Support Operator, you\βll play a vital role in supporting our site team to ensure manufacturing has all the materials needed to achieve production performance targets. You\βll follow agreed standard operating procedures and use continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for your work, your safety, and the safety of your colleagues.
- Follow HSE rules and procedures for all tasks.
- Maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Operate within systems and procedures safely, using escalation processes effectively.
- Driving FLTs to load/unload vehicles (desirable but not essential).
- Continuously challenge and improve personal performance.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business and its operations.
