Job Overview
We are recruiting Production / Factory Operatives to work within a busy industrial environment. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable with hands-on work and physical tasks.
The site has two areas, and workers may be required to work across both sides depending on operational requirements.
Shift Patterns
Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm - £12.71 per hour
Late Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm - £13.34 per hour
Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am - £15.59 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trolleys outside during the day shift.
- Drilling and carrying out general production tasks.
- Jet washing metal components and equipment.
- Lifting, shifting and moving materials around the factory.
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy, including sweeping floors.
- Supporting general factory and production operations.
- Moving materials and products between different areas of the site.
- Working across both sides of the site as required.
- Following health and safety procedures.
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets.
Essential Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Willing to work in a busy factory environment.
- Able to follow instructions and health and safety procedures.
- Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of production duties.
- Previous factory or production experience is beneficial but not essential.
