Manpower is currently recruiting for a FLT Driver to join a well-established team supporting warehouse and operational activities on-site.
Location
Based on the outskirts of Louth, this site is not accessible by public transport, so candidates must have their own reliable means of travel.
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotating shift basis, and flexibility to cover both patterns is essential:
- Week 1:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm - Week 2:
Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Weekend work is part of the role, with days off provided during the week on a rotating basis.
Pay Rate
£14.21 per hour
Key Duties
- Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
- Assist with day-to-day warehouse and yard operations
- Transport, organise, and store stock across yard and warehouse areas
- Use handheld scanning devices to monitor stock movement
- Provide support across various operational tasks as required

Experience
Previous experience as an FLT Driver
At least 1 year of Counterbalance FLT experience
Qualifications
Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
Skills & Personal Attributes
Comfortable using scanning and stock control equipment
Flexible approach with willingness to support multiple duties
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
