Hours: 7.00am - 4.00pm

Salary: 30k

Responsible for:

  • Supervising the PDI Operatives and Technical team to ensure that all PDI, technical and Valet activities are carried out safely to correct company quality standards.
  • Ensuring that KPIs relevant to the role are achieved through daily performance management of the PDI function and its staff.
  • Ensuring that company systems are updated to provide process transparency at all times.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain productivity of a team.
  • Ensure workload is distributed evenly.
  • Organise staffing with approved agency provider.
  • Provide cover for management absence.
  • Liaise with other teams and departments on site and provide support where required.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on site.
  • Attend and contribute to operational meetings.
  • Conduct daily operational and safety briefings.
  • Maintain KPI performance relevant to the area.
  • Produce daily reports as defined by the manager.
  • Provide answers to complaints and solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Work with the Charging and maintenance team and administration team to ensure that all vehicles are available to PDI when required.
  • Ensure that relevant skill level is available to cover in line with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure that 'damage' vehicles are presented to the Quality function in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • All activities are conducted within acceptable Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Directly responsible for a team of operatives.
  • Contribute to departmental planning.
  • Carry out annual appraisals.
  • Organise workflow to meet its objectives.
  • Carry out safety risk assessments.
  • Create and review Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Hold and drive meetings with staff.
