Lead Innovation Engineer

Day-to-day, you\’ll identify areas for improvement across processes, systems, and policies, leading the development and implementation of strategies for measurable change.

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of identifying and implementing business improvements. experience in engineering within the welding, marine, or shipbuilding industry, have knowledge of dimensional control and metrology and AutoCAD

Qualifications:
An engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.

Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
