Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Hygiene Operative to join a busy factory team based on the outskirts of Skegness. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous hygiene or cleaning experience to secure ongoing work with the potential for further opportunities.

Location
- Based between Wainfleet and Croft, near Skegness
- Own transport is essential due to site location
- No public transport links are available to the site
Shift Pattern
- Monday - Friday
- 4pm - 11pm
Pay Rate
- £13.60 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out cleaning duties across the factory site
- Power washing production and work areas
- General cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Ensuring all areas meet health and safety requirements
- Supporting different departments as required
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Previous hygiene operative or industrial cleaning experience is essential
- COSHH experience or qualifications would be advantageous
Skills & Attributes
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual cleaning duties
- Flexible and willing to assist across different departments
- Able to work independently using own initiative
- Strong awareness of health and safety standards
- Reliable and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards
