Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries and redirecting to appropriate team members as necessary.

Prepare and issue contracts of employment, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.

Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing induction materials and coordinating induction sessions.

Support the administration of employee benefits, including pension schemes, health benefits, and other perks.
Recruitment Support
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews
At least 2-3 years HR administration experience within a busy company
Experience supporting high volume recruitment campaigns
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work on own
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Must been be able to you Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint oh a high level.
