Job Description Grounds Maintenance Supervisor \n Location: March, PE15 0AX \n Salary: £30,000 \n Contract type: Permanent \n Working hours: 40 hours a week - Monday - Friday, 07:30-16:00 About the role \n We are seeking a motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in March. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all designated areas meet high contract standards through effective hands-on horticultural practices and management. n · Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards. \n · Monitor productivity and work quality, providing guidance and support where required. \n · Carry out site inspections and safety checks. \n · Liaise with management, customers and stakeholders regarding operational requirements. \n · Support training and development of team members. \n · Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
