Data Centre Supervisor Electrician Required, ongoing requirement. Urgently seeking a qualified Electrical Supervisor for an ongoing assignment at a data centre facility in Slough, starting immediately. This short-term role involves critical maintenance and repairs to ensure operational continuity in a high-uptime environment.
Role Overview
- Perform electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and testing on UPS systems, generators, switchgear, BMS, and power distribution units.
- Conduct isolations, PPMs, and incident response while adhering to strict safety protocols and BS 7671 standards.
Requirements
- SSSTS, City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent, plus 18th Edition wiring regulations.
- Proven data centre or critical infrastructure experience, including live environment work.
- CSCS/ECS card, full UK driving licence, and ability to work shifts if required.
Rate & Details
Competitive day rates, which will vary based on experience, will be paid weekly. This is an ongoing assignment, Monday-Friday, 45 hours a week.
