Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in line with transport legislation and company procedures.
- Complete deliveries, collections, and trunking routes efficiently and on schedule.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Ensure compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and tachograph regulations.
- Complete all paperwork and electronic records accurately.
- Maintain regular communication with the transport team.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Represent the company professionally at all customer and depot locations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
- A professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work days, nights or tramping shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rota.
