A well-established transport and logistics operation based in Eurocentral is looking to recruit a Transport Planner to join its busy planning team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transport professional seeking a role that offers genuine work-life balance through a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with four days off between rotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating daily vehicle movements
- Managing driver schedules and operational requirements
- Liaising with customers, drivers and internal departments
- Responding to operational issues and schedule changes in real time
- Ensuring service levels and compliance standards are maintained
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Transport Planner or similar logistics role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transport environment
- Container transport experience would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the TOPS Operating System would be beneficial
Package
- Salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
