Join a global leader in innovative flexible packaging solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Laboratory Quality Analyst to support analytical testing, materials investigation and quality performance across a high-performing manufacturing site.
You will work with advanced techniques (GC, FTIR, DSC, microscopy, mechanical testing) to diagnose issues, support customer investigations, analyse packaging materials and maintain essential quality data that drives product excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Perform analytical & mechanical testing to support quality and product development
- Investigate customer complaints and internal issues using GC, FTIR, DSC, microscopy
- Analyse packaging materials for composition, performance and technical benchmarking
- Develop and validate testing methods
- Maintain lab databases and deliver accurate, clear technical reports
- Support Operations & Engineering with root-cause investigations
- Verify and maintain quality test equipment
- Ensure QHSE, COSHH and safe lab practices are consistently followed
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science or related field
- Experience in a laboratory testing environment
- Skilled in analytical techniques (GC, FTIR, DSC, microscopy)
- Strong problem-solving and data interpretation abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys cross-functional teamwork
- Knowledge of packaging, polymers or materials testing is a bonus
