We are currently seeking an interim part-time Employee Advocacy/Internal Influencer Activation Specialist, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based at Blackfriars on London's Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. This is a part-time temporary role for 6 months, requiring 14.5 hours per week (2 days), Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £88,000 per annum, pro rata (full time equivalent), depending upon experience. The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
We're looking for a dynamic and creative influencer specialist to support a global culture transformation project at Unilever, focused on recruiting, activating, and training internal influencers. You'll help land culture-building initiatives by supporting the communication plan - activated via influencers.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit internal influencers
- Develop robust community management and engagement plan to motivate influencers
- Coach and mentor internal influencers on content creation, and personal branding
- Help design and run virtual upskilling sessions on storytelling and leadership presence
- Design and coordinate recognition activities for influencers
- Curate toolkits and templates that enable influencers to own and lead culture change in their teams
- Provide strategic input on how to improve influencer engagement using digital and social engagement tactics
- Experience with influencer programmes (internal or external)
- Communication and social media management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable working across levels, functions, and cultures
- Confident coaching others on how to build their social brand and influence internally
- Familiarity with culture change, behavioural science, or habit formation is a big plus
- Passion for storytelling, with a natural ability to make things feel personal and real
- A self-starter who thrives in a remote, flexible setup
