The Role
- Welding
- Fabricating replacement parts and components
- Carrying out maintenance and refurbishment work
- Reading and working from engineering drawings where required
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
What We're Looking For
- Previous welding and fabrication experience
- Experience working with agricultural machinery, plant equipment, trailers, or similar heavy equipment would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
