Class 2 Cylinder Driver
Location: Carlisle CA3 0EU
Shift Times: ASAP start - ongoing position, with potential for temp to perm
Pay Rate: £34,999 per annum
We are currently recruiting Class 2 Cylinder Drivers to join our team in Carlisle, working on our cylinder delivery contract. Our client is a reputable logistics provider offering a comprehensive range of services including bulk gas distribution and delivery of industrial cylinders. They are committed to operational safety and customer satisfaction, ensuring high standards across their network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 2 vehicles transporting gas cylinders to commercial and domestic customers
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a safe and timely manner
- Carry out pre-use vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site
Requirements:
- Valid LGV C Licence (Class 2)
- Up-to-date CPC and DIGI card
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
- No DD, DR, or IN endorsements
- Previous experience delivering cylinders or similar is desirable
