Role: Contract Manager

Location: Farnborough (Hybrid)

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated professional to support the delivery of technical solutions to the Ministry of Defence (MOD). The role involves managing subcontractors, overseeing project performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of all contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical solutions and support projects for MOD clients.
• Manage subcontractor performance and relationships.
• Monitor and report on project performance against key objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Identify and address risks or issues impacting delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with MOD or defence-related projects.
• Strong background in subcontract management and supplier coordination.
• Proven ability to monitor and improve performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical or engineering background preferred.

Due to the nature of the work carried out at our client’s site, these roles are subject to specific nationality requirements and are only open to sole British citizens. Candidates who meet this criterion will also be required to undergo security clearance vetting.
