Location: South Coast (Remote with travel to Petersfield depot)

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
- Proven track record in construction project management, ideally across multiple sites.
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with CDM 2015 regulations and site safety protocols.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in managing budgets and timelines.
- Comfortable using online workflow/project management tools.
Qualifications:
- CDM 2015 and IOSH or SMSTS certification required.
- Full UK driving licence (max 3 points).

Key Responsibilities:
- Scope and plan projects based on tender specs and commercial briefs.
- Develop and manage realistic work programmes in collaboration with internal teams and contractors.
