Based in Acton, this is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in keeping London moving by supporting critical infrastructure and engineering works across the capital. ?Operating heavy haulage vehicles across London's transport network Safely transporting essential components including train parts, wheels, bogies, plant, and specialist equipment to and from London Underground depots Strapping and securing heavy loads safely using appropriate equipment to ensure all loads are stable during transport Conducting thorough pre-use vehicle checks and maintaining accurate transport logs Liaising with site supervisors, logistics coordinators, and depot teams to ensure timely and safe deliveries All movements are depot-to-depot or site-specific transfers. ? Valid C+E (Class 1) licence with proven heavy haulage experience Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Strong understanding of transport regulations, load securing, and safety procedures All drivers will be required to complete a full driving assessment and theory assessment prior to starting.
