Manpower are delighted to be working with one of our key clients in Falkirk to recruit Temporary Production Operatives. This is an ongoing role offering stable daytime hours, a supportive team environment, and full training within a modern production setting.
Hours of Work:
- Monday - Thursday: 07:30-16:00
- Friday: 07:30-13:00
About the Role:
You will join a friendly, well organised production team responsible for manufacturing, packing and preparing products for dispatch. The role involves hands on work, clear routines, and working closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery safely and following all site procedures
- Packing finished products to required standards
- Picking and preparing customer orders for delivery
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
- Supporting line changeovers and basic machine setup
- Labelling, weighing and recording batch information
- Maintaining clean, organised work areas and contributing to good housekeeping
- Working with colleagues to meet daily production targets
- Loading and unloading materials onto production lines
- Following all PPE, hygiene and safety requirements
- Reporting any issues or irregularities to supervisors
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in production, warehouse or manufacturing is helpful but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Comfortable working in a hands on role
- Good communication skills and a team focused attitude
- Reliability, willingness to learn and a positive approach to work
