We're recruiting a Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep of a busy site in Cardiff City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical maintenance experience looking for a part-time role with consistent hours.
What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks
- Basic painting, repairs and upkeep of the building
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Identifying and resolving maintenance issues
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day maintenance requirements
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a maintenance, caretaking, facilities, or similar hands-on role
- Confidence using tools and carrying out basic repairs
- A practical approach with good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
