Bid Manager

Location

Belfast Office (with occasional travel to Portadown)

Due to continued growth within our Bid and Marketing team, we are seeking an experienced and talented

Bid Manager to join our Belfast office.

This newly created role will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality bids across a range of mechanical, electrical, energy, and renewable installation and maintenance projects.

The successful candidate will possess strong bid management and bid writing skills, with the ability to produce compelling, winning submissions for both public and private sector opportunities.

Lead the preparation and submission of public and private sector bids, ensuring full compliance with client specifications and requirements.

Produce clear, concise, and persuasive bid content within strict deadlines.

Review, edit, and enhance existing bid materials to maximise quality and effectiveness.

Prepare supporting materials and content for bid presentations and interviews.

Maintain and continuously improve the company's bid library, including case studies, project profiles, and team CVs, working closely with the marketing team.

Provide guidance and support to colleagues, helping to develop bid-writing capabilities across the wider team.

Proven experience in public sector bid management.

Proven experience in public sector bid writing.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to demanding deadlines.

Full UK driving licence.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Previous experience within the construction, facilities management, mechanical, or electrical sectors.

A minimum of three years' experience in a similar bid management or bid writing role.
