We are currently recruiting for an
experienced Extrusion Operator
to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bridgend on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous extrusion experience who is looking for a long-term role with excellent earning potential and a great shift pattern that offers regular time off.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up and operating extrusion machinery safely and efficiently. Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Carrying out machine checks and basic fault finding. Recording production information accurately. Working to production targets and KPIs. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous extrusion operating experience is essential. Strong manufacturing or production background. Good understanding of quality standards and production processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Commitment to health and safety.
