About the Role / Project Overview: Join an Integrated Project Controls team, responsible for collecting, managing, and reporting project performance information to support the successful delivery of the project across multiple areas, including site operations, engineering, mechanical and electrical works, instrumentation and controls, and commissioning.
As a Project Controls Assistant, you will provide administrative and reporting support to the Project Controls team. Training will be provided on all required software and processes, so previous experience with specific project control systems is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project data and reports accurately and on schedule
- Assist the Project Controls team in monitoring project progress, costs, and performance indicators
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks for project controls activities
- Produce clear and concise insights to help project decision-making
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Who We're Looking For:
Education: HND, Foundation Degree, or Degree in engineering or construction management
Experience: Experience in administrative, project support, or coordination roles; no software experience required - full training provided
